Malus domestica aka pumila Honeycrisp - Charming pink-white flowers appear in April provide a showy spring display, then produce large, showy red fruit with cream colored flesh mature in mid-September with exceptional flavor and crispness. Color can range from brilliant red with some striping to mostly red-striped over a straw yellow background color when ready to pick. Very hardy and productive. Great for fresh eating, cooking or pressing for cider.  It is "explosively crisp" with an unbeatable sweet, juicy flavor. Height: 12-15 Feet - Spread: 12-15 Feet. Family : Rosaceae
