Brassica oleracea Bacalan de Rennes - First introduced in 1867, this early and tasty variety is still appreciated today. Its sweet and tender taste can also handle light or hard gel. First green and tasty heads. an ovoid apple, a little pointed, very firm and compact. The outer leaves are shallow and undeveloped, the inner leaves are yellowish-white in color. Family: Brassicaceae
